Job Title:
As a Team Leader – Inside Sales in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing
inside sales team. Your primary goal will be to drive sales results, exceed targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the


 Provide leadership and direction to the inside sales team.
 Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales to achieve monthly revenue targets of the Team.
 Train, and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance.
 Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
 Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
 Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
 Monitor individual and team performance metrics.
 Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
 Implement improvement plans as needed to address performance gaps.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
 Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
 Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team skills.
 Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
 Generate regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.

Skills Required:
Experience in sales is necessary.
Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

What we look for ?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior Experience in Real Estate Inside Sales/ Pre Sales.
Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of inside sales strategies and tactics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
